Escape Massage clients are asked to provide a limited amount of personal information. When you book an appointment at an Escape Massage location, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and information pertinent to your appointment. If you make a purchase through our website, we collect payment information, including phone number, billing and mailing information.
We are committed to protecting your information and privacy. Your information will be used only to contact you and to provide the best service possible. We will not sell or share your information with any third parties except for payments and scheduling. We will only use your information to contact you regarding your account or to send you news and exclusive offers or to otherwise contact you with information we think may be of interest to you.
Payment and personal information is encrypted and safely stored off site. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is an industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. Document files are kept under lock and key and accessible to authorized personnel only. Cancellations & Refunds
At least 8 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service and upgrades. No-shows with no notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment and upgrades.
Every appointment is valuable to us. Appointments help us accommodate client needs. As a courtesy to other clients and staff, we ask that you give us at least 8 hours’ notice when making cancellations and changes. A reminder is emailed approximately 24 hours in advance to confirm your date, time, and type of massage. We will accommodate late arrivals as best we can but appointments may have to end as scheduled with full charges incurred. Internet sales are final. No refunds for online purchases. Gift Certificates are transferrable. Gift Cards purchased have no cash value, and will not be refunded.
