Our Policies

  • Appointments scheduled by non-members must be secured with a credit/debit card or gift certificate/gift card number
  • A minimum of 8 hours is required to change or cancel an appointment
  • You may be subject to a charge of at least half the value of your service if you are a no-show or cancel with less than 8 hours notice
  • All clients aged 17 or under must submit a parental consent form before receiving massage services
  • All gift certificate sales are final and the certificate holds no cash value


Escape Massage clients are asked to provide a limited amount of personal information. When you book an appointment at an Escape Massage location, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and information pertinent to your appointment.  If you make a purchase through our website, we collect payment information, including phone number, billing and mailing information.

We are committed to protecting your information and privacy.  Your information will be used only to contact you and to provide the best service possible.  We will not sell or share your information with any third parties except for payments and scheduling.  We will only use your information to contact you regarding your account or to send you news and exclusive offers or to otherwise contact you with information we think may be of interest to you.


Payment and personal information is encrypted and safely stored off site.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is an industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  Document files are kept under lock and key and accessible to authorized personnel only.  If you have questions regarding your personal information or wish to correct or change any of your personal information, please contact us at Midlothian@escapemassage.com.
