Overview

Does Salt Room Therapy Really Work by ABC News

Who would guess sitting in a room full of salt could actually make you feel better? In Europe and Asia, people with respiratory and skin issues visit salt rooms regularly to breathe easier, improve their mood and boost their overall health. Now, you don’t need a passport to do this.

Our Salt Room floor at Escape Massage in Midlothian contains over a ton of semi-coarse Himalayan salt generating an atmosphere of negative ions needed for balanced and healthy bodies. Participants enjoy soothing music during each 45 min. session and relax in zero-gravity chairs while pulverized pharmaceutical grade salt is fed into the room as micron sized particles.

Only Available at our Midlothian Location
